Prosperity consciousness is based on the belief that the way you think will give you more power over that which you have in your life. New Age thinking has made the concept popular; however the concept has been around for quite some time. Once you understand a few key things, developing prosperity consciousness can change your life. To understand this concept you have to understand the law of attraction basics. This law states that "Like attracts like." Some adages like, "birds of a feather flock together," and "you reap what you sow," expresses the law of attraction.
You will lose money and have financial problems if you continuously make bad financial decisions. Bad financial decisions are a result of thinking about money improperly and will not attract money to you. When you develop prosperity consciousness you will think of money differently and attract more of it. Prosperity is not based on luck or chance and you need to realize that. That is the beginning step. If it was random chance or luck then you would have no control over it, however you can control it.
It is necessary for you to realize that there is enough in the universe for everyone. You should feel no guilt about prosperity, because somebody else does not go without, so that you can be prosperous. One of the principles of both the law of attraction and prosperity consciousness is that the universe will create everything in abundance. A person can have what they want if they believe in the possibility and focus entirely on that belief. Once you figure out that money and prosperity don't come with luck or by taking away from others, you should be able to have things for yourself and be guilt free. Bad decisions will be averted automatically because you won't have to feel as if you are racing to get your share before someone else gets it. Since there is enough for all, there is no need to compete or fight for it.
You need to believe and focus in order to develop prosperity consciousness and then the things you desire will manifest for you. When you believe, the only thing left is to welcome prosperity. Whether you use prayer or affirmation or even ask the universe for those things that you desire, you must invite those desires into your life. When you do this, you have created an aura of openness and acceptance of abundance and prosperity. Magnetic attraction is somewhat similar in principle. In that instance you are attracting positive things by surrounding yourself with positive because like will attract like. If you have doubts that you will achieve something then you only attract more doubt. However if you believe something will be yours by using prosperity consciousness you will draw what you desire to yourself.

It's also believed that we create our own reality, though we may not realize it. So basically, if something bad happens to you, it was your choice for this event to happen. For example, if you were born into poverty, many will tell you, you made those choices, so you could experience poverty. If a serious illness harbors itself in your body, believers will tell you, that you made the choice to house the illness or disease, whether you were aware or not.
By gaining control you can change your circumstances and create a more positive life. It is through the art of conscious creation, you will start off each day with a goal. Rather than the simple goals you make a point to fulfill each day such as waking up on time and getting to work on time, you’re going to think about bigger goals. These are your new goals. You get the picture. But it could be entertaining to look at some of the really common reality-challenged box labeling practices out there.
When they say that your juice has the "Goodness of Real Fruit Within", you would take that to mean that it was mostly made with fruit, quite like the large succulent stuff pictured on the label now wouldn't you? Betty Crocker's strawberry juice doesn't have any strawberries at all; it has pear juice made from concentrate, and artificial strawberry flavoring. When they said it had real juice, they didn't say what kind of juice did them? Apparently this is quite common with fruit beverages; they all contain either a white grape juice concentrate or pear concentrate, no matter what flavor they finally end up tasting like.
But what if they say that your fruit punch or squash was All Natural? A famous orange fruit drink product from Atlanta does claim to be All Natural, but the only natural stuff and it is high fructose corn syrup. Now who is to go argue with them that that you can't call it natural just because it comes from natural corn? You just need to look closely at the nutrition labeling on everything, to find out exactly how much of what lies within is natural as you really understand it intuitively. Things You Need to Know about a 2nd Mortgage
When people think of a 2nd mortgage they usually think of a Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC), but there are many types of 2nd mortgage products that are offered by lenders.
When purchasing a home, borrowers with good credit, steady, long-term employment and provable income can usually qualify for a first mortgage such as a 30 year fixed rate mortgage loan from a reputable bank or lender. Most lenders, however, will not lend more than 80% of the purchase price and unless the borrower has sufficient funds for a down payment, this can cause a problem and eventually not allow the borrower to purchase the home or property they desire.
Banks and lending institutions offer fixed rate 2nd mortgage products to borrowers with excellent credit ratings to help them to bridge the gap between first mortgage amount and the purchase price. This is sometimes referred to as “gap” lending. Most banks, however, do not allow the total loan-to-value ration (LTV) to be more than 90% or 95%, which means that the borrower will have to come up with at least 5% to 10% of their own money to complete the transaction. This is usually known as the down payment. Banks are extremely tight at the present moment with money lending and regulations are strictly enforced. Lending institutions are requiring borrowers to prove the source of their down payment money and they usually require “seasoning” which means that the money has to have been sitting in the borrower’s account for a certain number of months, sometimes up to a year or more, depending on the lender.
Many times when the bank does not wish to give the borrower a 2nd mortgage, a motivated seller will provide his own 2nd mortgage. This is known in the industry as a “seller carry-back” and is a 2nd mortgage loan that the seller makes directly to the borrower. The seller will register a legal lien based on the signed 2nd mortgage documents and the borrower will make monthly payments directly to the seller. If the borrower defaults on their payments, the seller will have certain legal rights to foreclose, just like a lending institution of bank.

It'll be online and open for business any time now, said the Wall Street Journal a while ago. It's the Google store for business apps. App stores are where all the action is these days. Google already has an online store if you haven't noticed; but they don't sell anything high-tech there; they just sell Google fan boy merchandise like coffee mugs and T-shirts. The Google business app store will be much better - they are going to be selling apps built by independent developers that are supposed to be add-ons to Gmail, Google talk, Google Docs, Google Chrome and other Google applications. In general, they could be to help the business user roll in fancier word processing, better security, and so on when she uses free Google products for their business, instead of pricey Microsoft stuff. If you've seen the Android app store, you probably have a good idea how the Google store will work.
The model is simple - the third-party app designer sets a price on her app, and posts it on the Google store for business apps. Any time that a customer downloads a copy, Google takes its cut, and hands the rest over to the designer. It would be really neat if this idea actually took off. Gmail and Google Docs us are so widely used that there would be a certain market, and depending on how well the software designers dream up new concepts, things could get really active.
The whole app concept is really catching on. Mozilla has gazillion add-ons, though they are all free. Who would have thought that you could have so many add-on ideas for a simple browser? If they try hard, designers could probably come up with some pretty good concepts. But if you think about it, a Google store for tech stuff isn't all that new. The Google Solutions Marketplace has been online for quite a while now - ever since 2008. One example of the kind of thing offered there is services that will help small companies move all their records over to the Cloud. But you see, they don't actually make or sell apps on the Google Solutions marketplace. They merely sell services that will help companies use Google products better.
Perhaps it would be better if instead of opening a whole new Google store for business apps, they just modified the existing Solutions Marketplace to sell the new stuff too. And while they're at it, they could make Google Checkout handle the payments, and help third-party businesses get a proper distribution channel, perhaps using Google development tools. All of Google's efforts in the app area, aim to promote Google's Cloud initiatives properly among business users. The County of Los Angeles for example, recently declared that it was going to cut costs by moving all of its records and work, to Google's servers. That was a deal worth $7 million to Google. And it was worth immeasurably more in cementing its reputation as a serious place for business.

GE and IBM would put down dedicated lines to business offices, and handle all their computing tasks over at GE's and IBM's facilities. Today Google just has to bring in the Double-Click Ad Exchange idea, connect buyers and sellers, offer support for Sales force Happenchance, and any single-person business should be up and running.
